So sorry to hear of Hope's death. She was a true southern lady and they don't make them like her anymore. She was the spark that made our bookclub work, she truly was.

I was fortunate to sit next to Hope at church. I will miss her smile. Even though Hope has not been to church lately, I still "hoped" that I would look up to see her smile and warm greeting as she sat in "our pew". C

Lina, Hope was like another grandmother to Annie when she was little. How she adored her--and loved going over to her house to "play." She's was--and will always be--so much a part of our life in Davidson.
